"We were met at the property and walked through an explanation of everything with a friendly welcome from Naji. It was great to see that Monika had thought of everything we might need. From a fully equipped kitchen to beach chairs, and umbrellas. We loved the modern clean lines and furnishings in the apartment. It is all quite compact but well designed and with nice homely touches, but yet spacious. We really appreciated the welcome treats like the wine and chocolates and fresh coffee. The whole apartment was very clean and smelt fresh with lots of fresh towels and toiletries. The air conditioning and everything worked well and with the window open, there is a picturesque green view of the park and Old Town beyond. Around the corner a little supermarket and nice coffee shop. The neighbourhood is smart and felt safe."

"The location of the apartment is perfect, next to the seaside, city center and old town. The place itself is wonderful) The staff was very responsive and helpful. We were able to check in earlier than usual and if we had any questions, we got replies promptly."

"The staff met us upon arrival and made sure we had what we needed. There were some refreshments for us, which were appreciated, and we were given ideas where to eat. The property is a short walk to old town, and the apartment has modern finishes, and air conditioning.... that was very important due to the unseasonable heat during our stay."

"Finding somewhere decent in Nice is not cheap, but compared with other properties and hotels this flat is great value for money. The location is fantastic, the staff were helpful, welcoming and accommodating, and the flat is very well appointed. I would definitely stay here again!"
